The 22nd CREST Open Workshop 

Engineering Optimization

 

Date: 29 - 30 October 2012

Venue: Engineering Front Executive Suite, Roberts Building, UCL (Directions, or 'C5' on the map here, or Find it on Google maps.)

 

Overview:

This workshop will investigate the ways in which optimisation has been, can be and should be used in engineering. It will cover optimisation algorithms in general and search based optimisation in particular. The workshop will consider all forms of engineering. It will seek to use optimisation theory, algorithms and practice as a lingua france to explore related problems and shared solutions approaches.
